February Consignment Update - no longer accepting winter gear!

We are officially closing winter consignment!
We are stocked to the brim with winter gear! Without any snow, our winter snow gear sales have been super slow. So for now, we’re pressing pause on taking in winter items. If you’ve got ski gear, insulated jackets, or snow pants you were thinking about bringing in, hold onto them for next season—we’ll be ready for them again when the time comes!

What we ARE accepting:
We’re now shifting to seasonally neutral items—things that work across multiple seasons or can be layered up or down. Think:
✔ Base layers (because let’s be honest, those are useful year-round)
✔ Lightweight jackets & fleeces
✔ Hiking boots & trail shoes
✔ Technical apparel (softshells, windbreakers, quick-dry shirts)
✔ Camping gear (tents, packs, sleeping pads)

💡 Thinking ahead? So are we!
We’re already getting excited for spring and summer, and if you’re doing some early-season closet cleaning, we’ll be opening up consignment for warm-weather gear soon. Now’s a great time to start sorting through those backpacks, lightweight layers, and sandals that could use a new home!

Thanks for keeping Janky Gear stocked with the best pre-loved outdoor gear out there. You all are the heart of this community, and we love seeing the gear you bring in find its next adventure.

Got questions? Shoot us a message or swing by the shop! And if you’re looking for deals, keep an eye out for an end of season sale coming up!

Stay warm (or at least dream of warmer days)
