Consignors - All you need to know about the Change of Ownership

We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding the ownership of our business. We are pleased to announce that Janky Gear will now be owned and operated by Kruse Family, LLC. Here’s what you need to know:

Business as Usual

The day-to-day operations will continue without any interruption. Your experience with us remains our top priority.

Transfer of Management

All current items will be seamlessly transferred to the management of Janky Gear – Kruse Family, LLC.

Account Information

There will be no changes to your account. All your inventory, payment, and account details will remain intact.

Consignor Payouts

The new owners will handle any outstanding consignor payouts. You don't need to rush to collect your consignment earnings; they will be processed as usual.

New Consignment Agreement

The next time you consign items, you will need to sign a new consignment agreement. The consignment process, payout structure, and term length will remain the same. The only change is that Kruse Family, LLC will be the managing entity.
