January Consignment Update: More ski gear and the Janky Outdoor Club

Happy New Year, Janky friends! 🎉 Okay, so we’re a little late to the party—it’s already January, and we’re just now sending out this update. Can we blame it on adjusting to the Minnesota cold after basking in Aussie sunshine? (Seriously, how do you all do it?)

But enough about us—let’s talk about what’s happening in the world of Janky Gear and how you can help us kick off 2025 in style.

Coffee Mill Is Crushing It! ☕🎿

The pop-up at Coffee Mill has been a hit so far, and it’s all thanks to you! We’re loving seeing your gear out on the slopes and hearing your stories about powder days.

Here’s the deal, though: we need more ski gear and accessories! Name-brand gear is flying off the racks, so if you’ve got items like skis, goggles, gloves, or hats, bring them in. Your unused gear could be someone else’s winter adventure essential!

What We’re Looking For Right Now:

• Base and Mid Layers: It’s Minnesota, and everyone’s bundling up!
• Ski Gear: Brands like Rossignol, Salomon, and Patagonia are hot commodities.
• Accessories: Hats, gloves, goggles—you name it, we need it.
• Snow Gear: We're seriously lacking in snow pants and snow bibs!
• Ski Boots: Both cross country and downhill!

What We're Not Accepting Right Now

• Casual shoes: We have an abundance of shoes right now, so we'll be super selective
• Kids Gear: We're packed in our kids sections, only accepting items in high demand and on our brand list
